Conditions
- Requires prior reservation (subject to availability)
- Maximum 10 kg
- One pet per room
- $550.00 MXN (taxes included) per pet.
- In common areas, you must wear a leash and harness.
- At check-in, present your vaccination card.
- $2,000 MXN per pet as a security deposit (refundable if no damages)
- Pets must remain only in the permitted areas: gardens, walkways, and rooms.
- Restricted access must be respected to the following areas: pool, main restaurant, and La Palapa restaurant.
Kid's Club
The Kid’s Club is the perfect place for the little ones to have fun and learn. A carefully designed space where all children will experience incredible adventures while you relax.
Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm
Programming: Recreational activities, painting and drawing, mini slide, wading pool and crafts.
Swimming pools
Refresh yourself in our two outdoor pools, located in an idyllic setting and surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers where you can relax. In addition, one of them has a net for various water and recreational activities. Ready for a family dip?
Wellness treatments
Awaken your senses and reconnect body and soul thanks to our rejuvenating massages.
Price* (per person): 30 minutes from $450.00 or 60 minutes from $750.00.
