Payments:

Reservations:
Must be done directly to the hotel reservations office or in our web site www.reefyucatan.com
Cancellations:
On high season such as: Long weekends, holidays, Easter and Passover, July and August, Christmas and New Years eve, must be done 15 days before arrival date to have the 100 % reimbursement. After these dates a penalty for one night will apply. Rest of the year must be done 7 days before arrival date to have the 100 % reimbursement. After these dates a penalty for one night will apply.
Minimun Stay:
- Two nights on long weekends and holidays
- Three nights on Easter
- Two nights on Passover
- Two nights on July and August weekends
- Two nights on Christmas
- Three nights on New Years Eve
No shows: 1 Night of penalty will apply.
Children: From 1 to 8 years free of charge, 9 to 17 children rate
